Asphalt Anchors EPX2 Grout 12oz Bag

Asphalt Anchor Corp’s EPX2 Grout is built for the installation of the SP10, SP12 AND SP18 BoltHold Anchors into asphalt.
Constructed with a blend of cement products that cures to a hard solid after being mixed with water.
The material is resistant to immersion in water once it is fully cured.

How To Use:
Set time for the mixture is 15 minutes at temperatures 60-80 F. The product is exothermic, generating heat during the curing process, and expands as it cures.

At low ambient temperatures (below 40F), use warm water to mix with the powder. At temperatures close to freezing, or below it, use special epoxies instead. Do not apply to frozen ground.
Expect 10 – 30 minutes for final set. 2000 psi @ 2 hours . The grout will further harden over time, but at 2,000 psi it is already stronger than the asphalt it bonds with.

Each 1 lb will yield approximately 14 cu in (0.23 L) of cured grout.

The powder is not considered hazardous, but it is caustic once mixed with water. Wear eye protection when dealing with the powder. Avoid direct contact with eyes or skin.
